Mascapone Smoked Salmon Pâté

    Ingredients

    • 250g Mezé Mascarpone
    • 300g Smoked Salmon, chopped
    • 30g Dill or Fennel fronds, finely
    • chopped
    • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
    • 1 tsp finely grated Lemon rind
    • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
    • Cracked Black Pepper
    • Salmon Roe
    • Seeded Crackers to serve

    Preparing the spices

    Combine the mascarpone, dill, mustard, lemon rind, lemon juice and pepper in a blender until smooth.

    Add the smoked salmon and pulse until just combined.

    Divide among serving bowls or sterilised jars and top with salmon roe.

    Serve the pâté with seeded crackers.
