Mascapone Smoked Salmon Pâté

- 250g Mezé Mascarpone
- 300g Smoked Salmon, chopped
- 30g Dill or Fennel fronds, finely
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp finely grated Lemon rind
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Cracked Black Pepper
- Salmon Roe
- Seeded Crackers to serve
Preparing the spices
Combine the mascarpone, dill, mustard, lemon rind, lemon juice and pepper in a blender until smooth.
Add the smoked salmon and pulse until just combined.
Divide among serving bowls or sterilised jars and top with salmon roe.
Serve the pâté with seeded crackers.
