Bocconcini Skewers

    Ingredients

    • 15 Cherry Tomatoes
    • 150g Mezé Bocconcini tub
    • 15 fresh Basil leaves
    • 60ml Balsamic Vinegar
    • 30ml Olive Oil
    • Salt, Pepper
    • 15 Toothpicks or Mini Skewers

    Preparing the spices

    Drain the bocconcini. Wash the cherry tomatoes and basil.

    Take a toothpick or skewer and pierce one Bocconcini, then one piece of basil and one cherry tomato.

    Present on a platter, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil and Balsamic vinegar
