Whipped Feta & Grilled Zuchini
Fresh, creamy and effortlessly elegant – this dish pairs smooth Mezé Whipped Feta with smoky grilled zucchini, roasted pistachios and a hint of mint. Finished with a drizzle of Mezé Olive Oil and a squeeze of lemon, it’s a light yet luxurious plate that’s perfect for sharing or serving as a summer starter.

    Ingredients

    • 220g Mezé Whipped Feta
    • 3 Zucchini, thinly sliced and grilled
    • 50g roasted Pistachios
    • Fresh Mint
    • Mezé Olive Oil
    • Fresh Lemon
    • Salt and Pepper

    Method

    Open the Mezé Whipped Feta, stir well before plating, to ensure the feta is light & fluffy.

    Spread on a serving plate.

    Top with your roasted zucchini, sprinkle over with pistachios.

    Add some fresh mint leaves.

    Drizzle over some Mezé Olive Oil, a squeeze of lemon and season.
