1 kg Heirloom or perfectly ripe tomatoes
2 Meze Mozzarella Balls(about 250gm each), thickly sliced (or you can use Meze Bocconcini balls)
½ cup Basil, coarsely torn
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil, for drizzling
Salt and coarse pepper
crusty bread (optional)
Arrange tomato and mozzarella on a serving platter, scatter over basil, drizzle with olive oil, season to taste, and serve with crusty bread if desired.
